  21. I have a Caller ID box, and two cordless phones, and I get 28.8 about 75% of 
  22. the time, 26.4 23%, and less than that around 2%.  In that case, I hang up and 
  23. redial.  I almost always get a faster line.  That was to my ISP.  To 
  24. CompuServe, I get 28.8 100% of the time.  I have a SupraFaxModem V.34
